Using FlowWise

These terms describe your use of the FlowWise app and website. By using FlowWise, you agree to these terms and the applicable terms of the platform through which you obtain it. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This local preview describes the product being prepared for release. Public release details, including the responsible legal owner and any required regional terms, will be finalized before distribution.

Personal-use license

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you may use FlowWise on devices you are authorized to use for your own personal financial planning. This is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app, not a transfer of ownership of its software or branding.

A planning tool, with clear limits

FlowWise helps you organize information you enter, build a money strategy, track transactions and recurring items, record Savings Goal progress, and view local Smart Guidance.

It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Smart Guidance uses local rules to show observations; it is not an adviser or a remote AI service. Seek a qualified professional when you need advice about your circumstances.

FlowWise is not a bank, payment service, or investment provider. It does not hold money, access bank accounts, execute payments, move savings, or verify your actual bank balance. Planning Balance is a planning figure derived from your entered data. No financial outcome is guaranteed.

Your information and decisions

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter, reviewing calculations and schedules, and making your own decisions. Suggested amounts and projections are planning aids, not promises.

Recording a recurring payment does not pay a bill. Recording Savings Goal progress does not transfer money. You remain responsible for actual payments, balances, deadlines, and obligations.

Local data and reminders

Your financial records stay on your device. The current product has no cloud sync, export/import, or backup recovery. Uninstalling the app, clearing local storage, or losing your device can permanently remove information. Keep independent records you need to preserve.

Reminders are optional and depend on device permission, operating system settings, and scheduling limits. Delivery may be delayed or suppressed. Do not rely on reminders as your only way to meet a financial obligation.

Availability and changes

Features, supported devices, and availability may change as FlowWise develops. Operation may be interrupted by software defects, device limitations, or operating system changes. Continuous availability and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate for the released product.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The FlowWise name, approved Path mark, app design, and software remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses.

Use FlowWise lawfully. Do not redistribute or sell unauthorized copies, misuse the brand, bypass lawful access restrictions, or interfere with the app or website. These terms do not restrict rights to inspect, modify, or reverse engineer software where applicable law expressly permits them.

Future purchases and Lifetime Unlock

The current product has no active purchase system, and no subscription model is planned. A possible future Lifetime Unlock is not offered through this website. Its final price, included features, and purchase terms will be shown before any purchase is available.

If introduced, a Lifetime Unlock would be a one-time entitlement to the features specified at purchase, subject to platform availability and the stated terms. It does not promise perpetual development, every future feature, or indefinite support. Restoring a purchase would depend on the store account, platform, and implemented purchase system.

Payments and refund requests would follow the applicable store or platform rules and any mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here excludes a refund or remedy required by law.

Limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowWise is provided as available, without a guarantee that it will be error-free or meet every particular need. You should review its output before acting on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect or consequential losses arising from use or unavailability of the app is limited. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or override mandatory consumer protections.

Any required regional limitation language will be confirmed before public release.

Ending use and updates to the terms

You may stop using FlowWise at any time. Removing the app may delete its local data. Your license may end if you materially violate these terms, subject to applicable law and store rules.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The last-updated date will change, and material updates will be communicated as appropriate. Review the terms when deciding whether to continue using the app.
